We are a progressive, convenient, affordable and member-friendly health club. Each of our facilities has 24/7 access, Cardio and Strength-Training equipment, Personal Training and free Wellness Consultations. Our Grimes location also has tanning.
Each location’s front desk is staffed Mon-Thurs from 3p-7p and Saturday from 9a-Noon. Our General Manager, Josh, is available anytime by appt and is eager to help you reach your fitness goals. To make an appt you can call or text 515-257-6261.
